I provide support, practical feedback and guidance to help clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. Together, you and I find solutions to your challenges and psychological/emotional issues.
Utilizing several theoretical frameworks and approaches, I press into service the most appropriate styles and techniques to assist you, as an individual, in ways most helpful to you. We will work together to build on your strengths to identify and achieve life goals.
In our initial session, you and I together, identify the problems, issues, or symptoms that may be troubling you. We will also identify your strengths and skills, then develop a formal plan of action to tackle those problems. Our plan of action serves as a blueprint to accomplish your goals.
