Rates
$150.00 per 50-60 minute individual or family session.
$210.00 per 50-60 minute initial interview/intake
Insurance and Paperwork
I am on several insurance panels. If you are planning to use your insurance for our sessions, please give Gladys your insurance information when you call to make the appointment. She will be happy to pre-certify our sessions before you come in so that you will know how it much should cost out of pocket. She will also make sure that you have the correct paperwork to fill out and bring with you for our first appointment. It is crucial that paperwork is complete by your appointment time.
When billing insurance companies for "Out of network" benefits we often ask that patients pay for sessions up front as we go, while we bill the insurance company and have them reimburse the patient directly.
Clients are responsible for all charges. Payment is expected at the time of service unless previously arranged. Insurance claims may be filed (once per claim) as a courtesy to clients. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Additional information about filing your insurance is covered under FAQs.
Insurance coverage is not required. Many of my clients, for a variety of reasons, are direct self-pay.
Payment
Cash, personal checks, or credit cards are accepted for payment at the time of service. You may also make payments for sessions online on this website with a credit card.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $75.00 late cancellation fee that is not billed to an insurance company.

If you are ready for help and you do not have insurance and have an inability to pay for services, a list of "state supported" local community resources/services will be furnished to you if you send me an email requesting it. Put "community resources" in the RE: section of your email so that my junk mail filters don't lose it.
